JHall Enterprise was founded in 2020 by John Hall, which serves to connect success-minded leaders and professionals and guide them into their highest growth potential with extensive organizational programs and tools.
John’s experience is rooted in developing and leading the premier sales engineer training program for a Fortune 50 company, where he selected, trained, developed, and coached over 500 young professionals. With a strong focus on developing career professional skills, relationship building for success, and leadership training, John has helped many achieve top-level success in their respective organizations.

Built On A Strong Career Foundation
John spent his early career years as Human Resources Manager serving several divisions at United Technologies – Carrier, as chief spokesperson in labor negotiations and arbitrations, leading organizational effectiveness teams, and focusing on achieving goals.
John honed his leadership skills as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army, having command responsibilities and leading soldiers at an early age. He was selected as the first commander at Fort Dix to lead the first gender-integrated basic training company in the U.S Army Training and Doctrine Command. He served 23 years, both active duty and Army Reserve, having been named Distinguished Military Graduate from Syracuse University ROTC achieving a nationwide top 10% rating in leadership skills.
A graduate of Syracuse University Newhouse School of Communications, he also earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
John is on the Board of Directors for Honor Flight Syracuse, a nonprofit organization with over 700 volunteers who chapone veterans on flights to Washington D.C. to view the memorials erected in their honor. The vets are also showered with thank you notes from grade school students to enjoy on the flight.
John serves to partner with business leaders and support their journey to achieve key objectives.
